Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously, and collect and store as little of your personal information as possible.

Purpose

This policy is intended to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506), the California Online Privacy Protection Act of 2003 (CalOPPA), and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

Effective Date

This policy is effective as of its last revision on October 12, 2019.

Information Collected from Users of Our Web Site

The Web server we use may record your internet addresses and data sent by your Web browser, just like most other Web sites. If you send us a message, we'll obviously also collect any additional information you send us.

The Web server we use currently tracks users through WiredMinds eMetrics tracking, including through leaving cookies on their computers. At this time, the Club can not assure that any "do not track" signal received from Web browsers will have any effect.

Information Collected from Users of Our Range

Users of our Range must agree to and complete a release (with name, address, signature, and date) to receive their range safety cards, and they must add their names to the sign-in sheet each day they arrive.

For the convenience of parents, permission forms for minors (ages 7-17) visiting the Range without their parents will be kept on file for 1-2 years unless directed to purge the form earlier.

The Range reserves the right to require government-issued photo identification to verify that minimum age requirements are met, and to confirm the identity of those paying with a credit card or debit card.

Information Shared with Other Parties

Names on sign-in sheets may be observed by or shared with other visitors on the same day, and this done typically only to aid visitors find others in their groups who arrive separately. (A message board is also available to post messages near the office window.)

Except as stated above, the Club does not share personal information with any other party.
